I found this M561 Gama Goat in Kansas, City Kansas and
had to rescue it ! It was all clowned up as a KC Chiefs fan
hauler , stripped of paint , polished and covered with
sponsers advertising. The owners lost interest when having a
growing family changed their prioritys, so it sat under a
tree for a couple of years. Not much harm done, It Runs like
new and there is no body damage.
As of winter 2005, After being on the back burner as far as
projects go, The Goat is ready to paint, blead the brakes and
drive. Do to the development of interests in hf radio
communications, the plan is now to install a commo shelter
in the carrier with various radio gear and go PLAY.
